JoomlaPack can not launch installer with error.php modified

This post is just for information.
I faced problem that after expanding of jpa-archive (made by JoomlaPack) with KickStart utility this script could not proceed due to Fatal Error in phocasef.php:

Fatal error: Class 'JComponentHelper' not found in \...\administrator\components\com_phocasef\helpers\phocasef.php on line 22

When I removed modifications of error.php file then I could proceed to standard Joomla Installer.
