Phoca Seine and Joomla 3.x

is it possible to use the template Phoca Seine under Joomla 3.x without any problems?
Or is there a newer version of this template?

Phoca Seine is a joomla v2.5 template.

I think so, but I'm not 100% sure. Install the template you like and check the module positions.
