File not found on server

Post by mccolley »

I have some downloads that are throwing an error: "File not found on server" When I try to download them. They are visible in their correct category when I use FTP. Any suggestions on how to solve?

Sorry, the error had me flustered and not thinking straight.

Joomla 3.10.2
Php 7.4 (also tested with 7.3)
PhocaDownload and plugin are 3.1.2

The error doesn't affect all files. The site owner moved some files to new categories (but is fuzzy on how he did it). They do appear correctly in both the Phoca backend and FTP. I have attempted to re-upload the files, but they still don't show up.

Site content is password protected and I can provide access privately.

Hi,
PhocaDownload and plugin are 3.1.2
Ok, then update Phoca Download Component and Phoca Download Content Plugin to current versions and check again.

Kind regards,

Thanks, the update allowed me to re-link the files.

Neither the Phoca Control Panel or Joomla Extension Update pages indicated there was an update available/needed.
