Hi. I've just started getting this error on Preview. Is it a permissions issue somewhere?

Hi,

I can't see Phocadownload component on your site. In addition, there is an error 409: https://httpstatuses.com/409
Maybe also wrong entries in .htaccess (configuration.php) Contact your hoster.

The Phocadownload is only available to registered users so that would be why you can't see it.

Don't know how you're getting the 409.

how do users get download link? It's outside public_html folder?

Nginx under 1.17.3 (= outdated). Error 403 etc. seems to be server problems and/or or wrong configuration, permissions etc.
Contact your hoster and in addition, maybe error.log could be helpful.
