Hello,

I get complaints from people with _ _ who can't play mp3 files from Phoca download. They get the message live broadcast. In Dutch it's called live uitzending. Can somebody please help. I use Joomla version 3.9.3 and the latest version of Phoca download

Phoca Download does not play the mp3 files, they are played by HTML5, which browser do the users use for playing the mp3 files? Did you set that they should be played with help of HTML5?

Hi Jan,

Thanks for your reply. I did enable the HTML5 Audio/Video setting. Some people say that this type of phone is overprotected. That should be the reason.

ich habe das gleiche Problem mit einem Ei-Foon, hier von einem Kollegen beschrieben:

Egal ob Safari oder Firefox. Ich seh die Playleiste und wenn ich auf Play drücke dann steht das bei 00:00 und bleibt auch so (egal ob WLAN oder lte)

Beim Download geht zwar der Player auf aber abspielen kann die Kiste das nicht.

MacBook mit Firefox funktioniert alles

MacBook mit Safari direkt geht nicht (wie EierPhone), Download geht aber (mp3 mit iTunes oder VLC oder so)

Hallo, das einzige, dass ich über Mac-Welt in dieser Zusammenhang weiss, ist, dass es dort verschiedene Limits sind (man kann es in diesem Forum sehen). Wie man es aber löst, ist, glaube ich, mehr eine Frage and Mac Developers. Weil meistens geht es um Standards wie z.B. HTML5 Play und ja, da glaube, ist nichts, was man anders machen kann
