problem upload pdf

if I try to upload a pdf , I view this: File not loaded This file type is not allowed - the file can not be loaded. In donload and upload permissions this is set as default by {pdf = application / pdf}. What's the problem?

may be the size of file exceed.... if so directly upload the pdf file to the folders ie phocadownload (default) and phocadownloadpap (for preview) and select the file and preview file you just uploaded from these default folder.
