Post by dem »

When I click on the phoca download file - link to file or other button, within the article, the code remains in the front end - {phocadownload view=file|id=3|target=s} - . what's the problem? I kindly ask for help, I am desperate

Hi,
how do you create your articles? Do you use a third-party component for this?

Kind regards,
Benno

Hi,
then you should check again if you really have installed the latest versions and if both plugins are really enabled in Plugin Manager.

Kind regards,
Benno

Hi,
then there is no reason why the plugin does not work as expected.
Please post the URL to the article.

Hi,

are you using Custom HTML? If so: Extensions > Module > Your Module > Options > Prepare Content > Yes
or: filtering of Code?

Kind regards, Christine
