Hello,

While trying to display the form to upload a document I get the following message:

Code: Select all

You are not authorized to do this action

The setting for "ENABLE USER UPLOAD" in the backend is set for YES.View image here!

If I am logged into the website, I can see the form and use it.

But what I want is for anyone to be able to upload anything!

Can you help me?

Well, after some searching around, I found the solution on thisthread.

Basically all we need to do is to...

backend --> Components --> Phoca Download --> Control Panel --> Options --> General --> Access Level - Registered Users
select all groups you want they will have access to User Control (Upload) Panel
