Multilingual Download

Hey ho,
I´ve got a problem with Phoca Download.
I want to create a download-area, which supports multilingual downloads.
No problem with JoomFish... but I want it that way:
Every download can be seen in every language.
Every download has some country flags, which links to the file in this language.
Are there any plugins or modifications? Or do I have to modify it on my own?
