Hi jan,

I've already try the explanation about the Stop thumbnail creation. I loaded a few pictures into the site but it gives me an error: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 14592 bytes) in /home/aesdomin/public_html/administrator/components/com_phocagallery/libraries/phocagallery/image/imagemagic.php on line 214 every time I try to load more pictures. And if I click on any of the images that I've already download it just says: Loading, and nothing happens. I have change a few parameters into the Phocagallery control panel but nothing happens. If it's ok with you I can give you access to the site in order for you to help me solve my problem. Thanks in adv. Maleckfico

Hi, I am sorry but if you have problems with memory, there are only two possible way:

- resize images before uploading
- or increase memory limit on the server

My access on your Joomla! administration will not help

Can you please help me on the steps I have to follow for increasing memory on the server?
