Joomla 3.8.7, PHP 7.0.1, Phoca GuestBook 3.0.8, Editor JCE. Number of characters in email option set to 400.
Guestbook Posts are being truncated at around 200 characters (both in email and on database).
I dont know when this started happening, there are messages posted with more characters (last one Nov 2017).
Any ideas?

I've just found the problem! Maximum Characters in Guestbook Global Configuration, Security had somehow become set to 200!! (Clue found in old 2009 post here)
