Hi not yet, If you see the Phoca Gallery, you will know, that there are no upload (in admin too) area, you can upload images via FTP or Media Manager... I didn't do duplicity scripts....

Select the upload rights for USER and for CATEGORY in Menu - Phoca Gallery - Categories (New or Edit)
