Broken admin pages / disable Batch process in 3.1.0?

Hi everyone

I am using Joomla 1.6.6 and i've just upgraded phoca gallery to 3.1.0.
Now the admin pages for images and categories are broken (500 error - JHtml::batch not supported). As i read through different threads i understand i should upgrade to joomla 1.7 to fix this, but i cannot because of some plugins i need that only work on 1.6.x.
Is there a way to fix this within 1.6, or a way to disable batch process in phoca gallery 3.1.0?

Hi, there in no such option, 1.6 is depreciated and not supported Joomla! version, so there are two ways:

- update 1.6 to 1.7 (highly recommended because of many - mostly security - reasons)
- or downgrade Phoca Gallery
