Cannot upload image, Error Image could not be displayed

we need more informations!

Which Joomla! version?
Which Phoca Gallery version?
Which PHP version?
How do you try to upload images?
Frontend or Backend upload?
Screenshot of the exact error message and where the error is displayed?
Are you getting errors in the JavaScript console?
URL?

Joomla 4
newest Phoca Gallery and Php.
I go to Phoca Gallery, create folder,
then go to image of phoca gallery and click on
upload multiple images, then on the window downside
choose the picture from my desktop choose upload,
the folder is uploaded but no image is to seen
also creation of the folder to the main folder is possible
but after clicking on the image is a dark screen with message
image could not be displayed. Also on the site is a dark rectangle to seen.
The site is made on my localhost.
What can I do with JavaScript ?

Hi,
Are you sure the error message is: 'The Image could not be displayed' and not: 'The image could not be loaded'?
Because 'The image can not be loaded' message appears when you try to upload images, but the 'Enable Thumbnails Generation' parameter in Phoca Gallery Options is set to 'No'.
