Multiple pic upload when Flash is closed?

Hi

We use Phoca Gallery to show pics from horseracing. During a normal race day we uploads 3 or 4 pics after each race. Up until now we have been using multiple upload (Flash) to do this but this is not working anymore. Example of our gallery:

Is any replacemen planned to enable multiple upload? Other tips?

Migrate your page to the current Joomla! version (3.9.25) and the current Phoca Gallery version (4.4.2)
Phoca Gallery version 4.4.2 uses HTML5 Uploader as multi-upload method.

I've got Joomla 3.9.25 and Phoca Gallery 4.4.2 installed and it still is telling me that I can't upload multiple pics since I don't have flash installed.
What am I missing?

were do you receive what?
Frontend or Backend Upload?
Which error message exactly? If possible, post a screenshot.
Which PHP version do you use?

Anohter question: Do you get some error in Javascript console? Maybe there is some error which prevents from loading the script and this general message is displayed there.
