theme not updating

hi, I just installed Phoca Gallery and then installed the Invers theme, but it's not taken effect. I reviewed your manual, but the option to choose where eI want the them to be activated is not there (I'm using Joomla 3.8.2)

Please advise. I checked on four browsers on two devices and it's all showing the default theme:

Hi,
as far as I know, this theme is made for an older Phoca Gallery version and will not work in Phoca Gallery 4.
