Fatal error: Call to undefined method JSite::getmenu() in /home/elietuva/domains/e-lietuva.net/public_html/components/com_phocagallery/views/ca tegory/view.html.php on line 27
There are missing views directory
Could you say, maybe thsi is a reason that my Joomla is 1.5 RC2 ?

Yes, you right. JSite::getmenu() is new method in Joomla! RC3. You need Joomla! RC3 (see requirements) to run Phoca Gallery correctly.
