Hello all, I am getting a problem after "Multiple Image" stage. I get the following message and do not know how to rectify the issue. GD Function Image create from JPEG doesn't work on your server.
As far as I am aware nothing has changed and it was working till recently. I have created about 50 galleries on the same server on seperate webpages but this suddenly occurred.
All files seem to be clean and valid.
Thumbnail creation does not occur.
Any help will be gratefully received. Thankyou.

Hi,
This can happen if, for example, your hosting provider has upgraded the PHP version and forgotten to adapt php.ini to the new version. The GD library is a PHP function that must be explicitly activated in php.ini

So not anything I can do then?
Assume I need to get in touch with the hosting company.

Hi everyone, especially Benno, who is always there and always helpful. I have been in touch with the Hosting company, Infinity Free and they are aware of the issue and they expect rectification within a day or so.
