Hi, for now there is no such option..

The feature is implemented in coupon code. The coupon code can be based on total amount. So if the customer has coupon, it is valid only in case he/she has total amount in some specific value.

Added to feature request list. I will take a look at it for next version, there can be two possible ways:

a) implement it in coupon feature (in fact coupon feature includes every needed information for discount). So e.g. the coupon coude will get new field (automatically count with the coupon without need to add it)

b) or make specific view for discount which in fact will work the same way like coupon (the only difference is - coupon is applied when user fill it, discount is applied automatically)

If you have some ideas about this, will be great to get feedback
