Phoca Rhein - Change Colors and size of position-8

Hi everybody,

i use the great template of phoca since 2 years. In time my joomla installation became buggy. Now i installed everything new. But some things did not work like i want.

1. On my old site a friend of mine change the template color to red. I wanna do the same now on the new installation but i don't know where. could somebody help me? Cause this fried is not reachable

2. On the old site i made it to change the size of my NewsModule on the right site (position-8) but i can not remember where.

So please help me.
