Problems after upgrading joomla 2.27 to 3.x

Hello,
After upgrading and install the latest 3.x versie of phoca download it does't work anymore.
Everything seems alright, but when i go to the pages in the frontend i see only a empty pages.
Does someone can gif me tips for this??

Maybe you will get some more detailed information about the problem.
