Hi,

I have successfully installed the Phoca Guestbook (version 3.0.5) on my Joomla website (version 3.6.5).
When I want to create a "New category" in "control panel/ guestbooks / categories / new", I 've got a ERROR message : "Error - Save failed with the following error: ("No details") . Can you help me with this problem ?

Yes, I can make a article category in content / categories / new. Without a ERROR message.

Only in components / Phoca Guestbook / control panel / guestbooks / categories / new, I 've got a ERROR message : "Error - Save failed with the following error: (" With no details") ...

I would recommend checking to make sure that the user for your database has all database permissions. It sounds to me like your database user isn't allowed to write to the DB. - Everything works perfect - except in the Phoca Guestbook component ...

Hi, I see, yes, there is no reason for the error, hard to say.

Did you take a look at the errorLog on your server. If there is no error in Joomla! and the server when saving the guestbook?
