How can I import data from the old guestbook that we're transferring over from?

I'm actually importing from a completely different system.
I have my data in a .csv file.
It looks a bit complicated for my small brain. LOL.
Is there paid support available that I can pay someone do to the import for me and I will provide the credentials to log in?
