Hi,

an error 500 could have several reasons. Your site is OFF.
- which Joomla & PG gallery version are using?
- PHP version

Hi Christine,

Two Issues in Hand.

1. I tried to configure the Facebook Photo Import i was unsuccessful. Hence tried the normal Method and facing the problem.

You can see the category View but Images are loaded when we click on the Category.

Hi,

for now it seems, like Facebook API changed again, so there can be problem with importing FB images.

When you take a look at your errorLog on your server, do you get some error message?

Hi, you get PHP fatal errors, because your Joomla! is obsolete. Phoca Gallery runs new code for Joomla! String which is here in newest Joomla! version.

So you should:
a) upgrade to newest Joomla! version (it is highly recommended because of security reasons)
b) it a) not possible then you need to install some obsolete version of Phoca Gallery which will work with this obsolete version of Joomla! (this is NOT RECOMMENDED because of security reasons)
