Need help with making a category available to ALL

I am wanting to make a category available for ALL registered users on my website, I have created a category and a subcategory, so, I have got Competitions and the sub category of Competitions/Valentines, I want registered members to be able to upload to the Competitions/Valentines category, but, when I go to upload an image, the category is not showing in the "Select Category" box, just the name of the member's own category, how can I make it so that ALL members can upload into one specific category ?

Hi, in category view, all users who have upload rights can upload to the category, see:

I have done that though.

I went to Components » Phoca Gallery » Categories » [New | Edit] button and created a new category, in Access Rights, I have put All Registered Users, in Upload Rights, All Registered Users, in Delete Rights, Nobody and in Owner, Nobody.

So, going by the above, all registered members should have access and be able to upload images to the category, but, when I go to upload an image, in the drop down box where you change category, the NEW category is NOT there.

Hi, in UCP only owner can upload - so you need to upload in Category View.
