Phoca Favicon is a Joomla! component. It is a simple component that generates favicon (favicon.ico) on your Joomla! site. You can change the favicon of your site whenever you like.

Usage:

• Upload your images via Joomla! Media Manager or FTP into the 'image/phocafavicon/' folder.
• Select template to assign a favicon in Phoca Favicon component (1).
• Select image from which you want to genearate a favicon (favicon.ico) (2).
• Click on 'Create' button (3).
• To see new generated favicon in your browser you need to clear private data after creating favicon. In Firefox (Tools - Clear Private Data - Download History). In Internet Explorer (Tools - Delete Browsing History - Delete All - Also delete files and settings stored by add-ons - OK) and restart your Internet Explorer.
